The Legendary Nightmare Tour continues. This event is a bicycle tour around the perimeter of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
For fans and former participants, we continue to provide a 177 mile tour in one day with raw climb over 15,000 ft.
The route you know and love is the same. The starting and ending points are now Adamstown, PA. We also have a
New 111 m, a harder 200 m/18,000 ft. of climb, a 225 mile/22,000 feet of raw climb (death by cycling), and 24 hr Event.
EVENT SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY AUG 11th, 2018
WE NOW HAVE SIX WATER STOPS & PROVIDE ENERGY BARS AT KEY LOCATIONS AROUND THE COUNTY WHICH ALLOWS A
PARTICIPANT TO RIDE THE COURSE WITHOUT A SUPPORT TEAM. If a rider wants a support team they can also do that if they so choose. In an emergency call 911. Do not attempt this ride if you are not fit. The event will be held rain or shine.
OF ONE WEEK OR MORE before the event. This credit card charge will legally bind you to a waiver agreement you must read.
TheNightMareTour.com will provide GPS files for devices, a cue sheet, pick-up service if you throw in the towel, six water stops with energy bars/bananas every 33 -38 miles. Sandwiches 1/2 way for 177's, 200's, 225's & 24hrs guys. Mini-Marts at 22, 68.5, 70.7, 114.5, 154.7 miles. THERE WILL BE NO ROAD MARKINGS. Please use GPS files or cue sheet.
START TIME 6:15 AM for the 177 milers, FINISH LINE CLOSES 10:30 PM. ( except for 200, 225 milers & 24 hr riders)
We will time the results of the (111,177,200,225 & 24 hr) & email them plus post the best times to the site. Event: Saturday, AUG. 11th, 2018, 6:15 AM start time for the 111 & 177 milers. Be early for check in or we start without you!
